The selection process for the Ireland National Senior Men's Canoe Polo Team 2015 will commence this month with a view of entering a team in the upcoming European Championships this August in Essen, Germany.
A number of open sessions are being planned to facilitate as many athletes as possible and to increase competition for places on the squad team. The first of these open squad sessions is planned to take place at The Royal Canal Kilcock, County Kildare on the 21st February 2015 and begins at 10am sharp. (Athletes are expected to arrive at least twenty minutes prior).
The session will involve a basic fitness test followed by a basic gym test and will end in the afternoon with a skills session and games. All paddlers of proficient ability are encouraged to attend.

The Canoe Polo committee have organised a Women's Development Squad Open day to take place on the 21st of February.
There will be development days in the year for women who want to try polo but this event is for players who are looking to eventually try out for squad this year/next year.
The session will begin at 11am sharp in Kilcock, Co. Kildare with a water session and a meeting afterwards. Any updates will be posted to the FB event page, link provided below.
